The fully air-conditioned villa has been decorated with great attention to detail and warm colours and large windows in all rooms provide for an absolute feeling of well-being, complete with sea views. The 4 individually designed bedrooms can accommodate a total of 8 people. 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds are available, 2 of which are equipped with bathrooms en suite, and there is also another bathroom with shower and a guest WC.
The heart of the villa is the light-flooded living/dining area with sofas and flat screen TV from where there is access to the covered terrace with dining table and barbecue. Start your day with a hearty breakfast enjoying views of the pool and the sea.
Great cooking evenings are guaranteed by the adjoining kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and including an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. The villa also has with WLAN, so that holiday experiences can be easily shared.
If eating out is preferred, however, there are numerous restaurants with local and international cuisine in the immediate vicinity. Supermarkets and shopping are only a few minutes away, guaranteeing optimal self-service during your stay.

Der Strand von Son Bou lässt sich mit 3 Worten beschreiben: längster, größter, bequemster! Mit einer Länge von drei Kilometern ist er der längste Sandstrand der Insel. Durch seinen goldgelben Sand und das flachabfallende Wasser hat sich Son Bou vor allem bei Familien zum absoluten Lieblingsausflugsziel entwickelt. In den Straßencafés lässt es sich herrlich bei einem Café con Leche verweilen, ansässige Restaurants servieren frische Fisch- und Meeresfrüchtespezialitäten. Direkt hinter dem Strandbereich befindet sich ein Feuchtbiotop, welches neben dem Biosphärenreservat D´es Grau zu den wichtigsten der Insel gehört.
Immer einen Ausflug wert ist die 7km nördlich gelegene Ortschaft Alaior. Die traditionsreiche Stadt ist berühmt für den Mahon Käse, welcher weit über die Baleareninseln hinaus als Delikatesse gilt. Nach einer Käsekostprobe laden die eng verwinkelte Gassen zum Erkunden der Stadt ein. Besuchen Sie die Pfarrkirche Santa Eularia mit barockem Altar und üppigem Altar oder begeben Sie sich auf die Spuren der Vergangenheit in der prähistorischen Siedlung Torre d’en Galmes.
