Rustic finca near Felanitx for up to 12 guests

The Finca Can Binimelis offers typical Mallorcan flair - this includes, for example, beamed ceilings, raw stone walls also in the bedrooms and bathrooms, wide stone arches instead of doors, and numerous tastefully selected details. Also a great outdoor area with a large pool, trees and many extras make the holiday here an experience. The location in the east of Mallorca near Felanitx promises peace and natural environment; nevertheless, beaches and shops are only 4km away.

Each of the six bedrooms will make your stay an authentic Mallorquin experience, by their typical beamed ceilings, in several of them also with raw stone walls - and all beds are individually selected, with Moorish wood turning, metal trim or natural wood. You have the choice between double beds (150x200cm, in two rooms) and single beds (each 90x200cm, in all other rooms). All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. All six bathrooms are tiled up to the ceiling; some of them display the rustic and attractive quarrystone walls, all of them have a decorative tile braid halfway up as a common stylistic pattern. Two of the bathrooms have a bath, the others have a shower. Everywhere there is a hair dryer.

The living room area looks very comfortable thanks to the two burgundy-colored sofas, the fireplace, the TV, (again) the wooden beamed ceiling, and numerous pictures, art objects and decorative items - air conditioning and central heating ensure your comfort also on the technological side.

Through a wide stone arch you reach the dining room, in which two tables (which of course can be put together) invite to have extensive meals. Here you also will find beautiful wall decoration, selected cabinets and air conditioning.

The kitchen is made of stainless steel and designed for professionals - accordingly, it has some extras such as the large exhaust air system in the middle of the room, a massive dishwasher and catering cupboards. All other amenities are of course still there, including electric stove and oven, fridge/freezer unit, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

WI-FI is of course available everywhere. Washing machine and ironing set are available as well as a baby high chair. There is no smoking in Can Binimelis; unfortunately pets cannot come along.

The centerpiece of the outdoor area is, of course, the pool (12x5m). It is completely surrounded by a paved terrace area, and around this, there is a large lawn. Sun loungers with parasols made of palm leaves, a barbecue house, many plants, a large extra dining table in the covered area, a ping-pong table, palm trees, other trees, flowers, plenty of seating areas such as garden stools or a stone bench, and a large dining table under a porch at the house (with stone walls, too) make your holiday experience perfect.

The two beaches Cala Tropicana and Cala Antena are only about 3km away; the coast of Porto Cristo with its mysterious caves (including the dragon cave where you can join tours with light show on the underground lake) and the great beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor can be reached from Can Binimelis in about 12km.

Felanitx (8km away) is surrounded by the green, unspoilt nature, nestled between mountain ranges and dominated by agriculture: vineyards, almond trees and citrus orchards are typical of the area around Felanitx and give it the unmistakable charm. The center is historically very well preserved and has many delicatessen and craft shops. If you want, you can enjoy delicious tapas or Mallorcan wine in one of the sidewalk cafés.
