The holiday property is situated very close to Colonia de Sant Pere. In about 1000 meters from a supermarket and a restaurant. The sleepy port town of Colonia de Sant Pere is located at the eastern end of the bay of Alcudia and belongs to a small grouping of settlements as Betlem, Montferrutx and s'Estanyol . Founded in 1880, Colonia de Sant Pere houses only 553 inhabitants today.

In this area you search in vain for large hotel buildings. The development consists mainly of two -storey houses. Especially popular is Colonia de Sant Pere therefore for peace-seekers and families. However, we would not be in Majorca, if there were not some touristy attractions like a beautiful beach, a charming promenade, lined by tamarind trees , and some bars and restaurants.

In addition to the 80-meters-long beach in the north of the village lies to the southwest of the 1800 meter long beach of s'Arenal de Sa Canova, which is a nice destination. Because behind there is the forest sa Canova d' Arta, where the remains of a settlement Talaiot culture, which belongs to a prehistoric megalithic culture, can be found.

Continue along the coastal path by Betlem, on which are remains of the megalithic tomb dolmen S'Aigua Dolca to discover that originate from the period of 1750-1650 BC .
