This charming, stone-clad villa is located in the village of Cala de Santanyi, just a few minutes from the turquoise blue bay of the same name. The house was fully renovated in 2013 and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with the whole family.
On the ground floor there is a living-dining area with flat screen TV and dining table as well as the Majorcan style open kitchen, fully equipped with oven, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Furthermore, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed as well as a downstairs bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms, of which one is en suite. 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, while 1 has two single beds and is ideal for children.
The well-maintained Majorcan style villa offers generous open and covered terraces, ideal for extensive breakfasts and barbecues on balmy summer days. The large pool is perfect for cooling off in the summer heat. To guarantee the safety of children, the pool is completely surrounded by a protective fence.

The two popular holiday resorts, Santanyi and the wonderful bay of Cala de Santanyi, are located in the southeast of the Balearic Island. Here you can still enjoy the unspoiled Mallorca in all its facets and capture the natural beauty of the island's landscapes.
In Santanyi you can stroll through the old town with its charming alleyways where numerous quaint street cafés invite you to enjoy a typical Café con leche. A highlight is the weekly market in Santanyi on Wednesday and Saturday from 8am to 12am. This is a colourful market where you can not only stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables but also find traditional wickerwork, ceramics as well as jewellery. The former fishing village of Cala de Santanyi is only a few minutes' drive away and is located directly by the sea. Here you will find turquoise blue water with a dreamy white sand beach.
Also a few minutes’ drive away is the fishing village and harbour of Cala Figuera, which has retained its inherent charm and is arguably one of the most photographed little havens on the island.
The Parc Natural Mondrago is just a short distance from Santanyi and is a true paradise for nature lovers, where you can immerse yourself in the flora and fauna of the island.
