The glazed porch further extends these spaces, acting as a natural transition between indoors and outdoors, ideal at any time of year. The kitchen, with its wood-burning stove and gas hob, is well-equipped for daily use and for enjoying leisurely cooking, with everything necessary practically integrated: oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, or kettle, all designed to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free.
The house also has air conditioning and central aerothermal heating, ensuring year-round comfort. Pets are welcome. Sineu retains the unhurried pace of the most authentic Mallorca.
Its weekly market, quiet streets, and central location make it easy to explore the island: from inland routes and nearby villages like Petra or Sant Joan, to coastal getaways. A short drive away are beaches such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, or Son Serra de Marina, where you can choose between wide sandy stretches of clear waters and more natural areas. ETV/0133 Please note: In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 14 and over.
The amount is €2.20 per night per person in high season and €0.55 per night per person in low season.
