Private and comfortable tourist house located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Es Pujols, about 400m from the center towards Punta Prima and 200m from the sea. It consists of two floors: on the ground floor, there is the entrance with a spacious living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom/toilet with a shower, and 2 spacious terraces.
On the first floor, with sea views, there are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with two single beds (90 x 190) and the other with a double bed (180 x 190), a full bathroom, and a balcony. The house has a lovely garden surrounded by plants, where you will find a grill, an outdoor shower, and a parking space.
You can also use the communal pool of the Morans apartments, located directly next to the house, approximately 50m away. IMPORTANT: the communal outdoor pool will be open from mid-May to the end of October.
