Beautiful Villa with infinity pool located on the cliff with impressive views of the sea. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults.
Decorated and equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning throughout the property, electric shutters, electric awnings, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms face the sea, enjoying the same great views.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
The house has recently become sustainable, and it is now powered by solar panels.
The panels are conveniently hidden from the view on the roof of the property.Downstairs you will find the sitting room, dinning area and kitchen, all facing the sea. Also, there is one bedroom and a full bathroom. Upstairs, 3 more bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms enjoy the breathtaking sea views. We have a baby cot and high chair on request for our younger guests. Cala Pi is a beautiful cove known for its stunning scenery and crystal clear waters.
