The property is located in Cala Bona, within a beautiful and well-maintained gated community with a communal swimming pool.
The apartment is situated on the second floor.
It is a two-bedroom apartment (one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds). It includes: two full bathrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with outdoor furniture.
A cot and high chair are available for our guests.
We also provide 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols for private use by our guests, located in the pool area. It features air conditioning (hot/cold) in both the living room and the bedrooms. 20 MB WIFI and a smart TV are included. Please note that the eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged to all accommodated adults at €2.2 per adult per night from May to October. A few days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports. We do not accept bookings from groups of people under 21 years of age. We kindly ask for responsible electricity usage – the first 150 kWh of consumption are free.
With responsible air conditioning use, this amount is sufficient to cover a 2-week stay.
Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.22 per kWh. Really nice apartment in a great location. The view of the mountains from the balcony are quite special and once out of the building there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The host met us outside, quite late into the evening to hand us the keys and upon entry we found a nice welcome pack of snacks, wine and even a few beers in the fridge. Would highly recommend staying here!

el apartamento es genial, cerca de la playa y de supermercados, restaurantes, bares, etc. Ideal para conocer cómodamente la isla. El aparcamiento no estuvo disponible durante nuestra estancia, creo que simplemente fue un error en la publicidad del alojamiento. En general el alojamiento es estupendo y completamente recomendable
