It is situated on the cliffs of Cala Pi, with 300 m2 of living space, 400 m2 of garden, and a 12x4.5m swimming pool.
The house has all the amenities, such as hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, high-speed WIFI, and its own parking space.
All rooms are spacious and very bright. This fantastic villa has 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
All bedrooms have sea views, as well as blackout curtains that ensure complete privacy.
The master bedroom has its own private living room and features large windows that fill it with light and allow you to enjoy the relaxing views.
We have a crib, high chair, and baby hammock for our younger guests.
The kitchen is spacious and bright and connects to the laundry room and pantry.
On the covered terrace, you will find the summer dining area.
Next to the pool, there is an area with sun loungers and outdoor seating. Cala Pi beach, located just 500 meters from the villa, is considered by many to be the perfect beach, protected between two cliffs, with golden sand and turquoise blue waters.

ein tolles haus mit wahnsinnigem blick. die ausstattung und einrichtung entsprichen leider nicht dem standard einer solche finca. die reinigung war leider miserabel, sodass sogar die badezimmer noch dreckig waren. dennoch hatten wir alles in allem eine sehr schöne zeit.

wir waren im mai 2025 fast einen ganzen monat in dieser villa und haben uns sofort zu hause gefühlt. die aussicht ist fantastisch und gegend ist sehr ruhig. es ist alles da, was man sich wünschen kann. der einzige negative aspekt war (aber dafür kann das haus nichts): es muss alles mit dem auto erledigt werden. in gehweite gibt es keine geschäfte oder restaurants.
