Villa Bartomeu is a character-filled historic estate set amidst lush gardens, vineyards, and olive groves in the peaceful countryside of Menorca. Carefully restored to preserve its authenticity, this remarkable property offers 13 bedrooms, refined living spaces, and extensive outdoor areas designed for relaxation and privacy.
Set within beautifully landscaped Mediterranean gardens, the estate features generous outdoor living areas. A large shaded terrace provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining or relaxation.
The swimming pool (45 m², depth up to 1.7 m) is complemented by a wooden solarium, creating an elegant space to unwind. The grounds extend through olive groves, vineyards, and artistic features, offering peaceful areas for walking and enjoying nature.
The interiors reflect the property’s heritage, combining simplicity with refined elegance.
The main house offers a spacious and welcoming lounge, several cozy sitting areas, a library, and a curated collection of vinyl records. Large windows allow natural light to flood the interiors while opening onto the surrounding gardens. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room.
Two independent apartments, located adjacent to the main house, provide additional accommodation. The first includes three bedrooms, while the second offers two bedrooms; each with comfortable living spaces ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.
