Located in a small village in the protected Natural Park of Llevant, Ca Na Joana is a loved home at only 150m away from the sea, at the very edge of the village, one street away from entering La Colonia's stunning walks, swims and sunsets.
Ca Na Joana has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and many different spaces to enjoy, relax and/or work remotely, with a garden where you can lounge under an apricot and a pomegranate trees, surrounded by sage, lavender, rosemary and bouganvilles, and with enough room to keep your rental bicycles and kayaks. The garden is overlooked by a porche with seating and dining area and a barbecue, and there are also two more terraces upstairs to North-East and South-West to enjoy the different village and landscape views at different times of the day, have a drink looking at the sunset or a hammock snooze feeling the sea breeze running through Calle del Mar. Inside, the open plan gives a modern sense of space.
Built with a mediterranean passion for cooking, you will find a very well equipped kitchen connected to the dining room through a breakfast bar which can also be used as a working desk. Beautifully decorated over the years between me and my mother who was a passionate traveller, the spaces tastefully merge cosy comfort, traditional Mallorcan and mediterranean features, oriental touches and both vintage and modern designs. The lounge upstairs can be used as a reading room and also for meditation/yoga/pilates/relaxation room (mat provided) - it floods with light, specially in the mornings, facing the North-East covered terrace, through which you can see the sea and the mountains and sunrise. The room downstairs opens to the garden and the two rooms upstairs connect to the sunset-over-the-village and solarium South-West terrace. The house is 2 minutes walking distance to one of the village's nicest calas and surfing spots and the sea promenade and its restaurants, well known for their sunset views.
