This cosy 75 m² apartment, located on the fifth floor with lift, is situated on the seafront promenade of Can Picafort and offers spectacular views of Alcúdia Bay and the mountains.

The bathroom has a shower and WC. One of the great attractions of the apartment is its private balcony with impressive sea views, from where you can relax whilst enjoying the Mediterranean breeze.
Furthermore, from all the rooms you can see the sea, which provides a unique sense of space and brightness. The American kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all necessary kitchenware.
It also has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, WiFi connection, television, heating with electric radiators and three fans for greater comfort throughout the year. The apartment is in an unbeatable location, just 5 metres from the sandy beach of Can Picafort and surrounded by all services: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and public transport within a few steps.
Furthermore, it is close to places of interest such as S'Albufera Natural Park, the unspoilt beach of Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia Hydropark or Alcanada golf course. A perfect place to enjoy the sea, nature and Mediterranean atmosphere in one of the liveliest areas of northern Mallorca.
