Inside, the spacious living room combines tiled floors with bright, white walls to create a fresh, airy atmosphere. A comfortable sofa, several nature-inspired paintings, a panoramic TV and a fireplace add to the comfort, while the large French doors open to fill the room with light. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a small room with a balcony, ideal as a children's room. Supermarkets, small shops and cosy bars are all within walking distance. The harbour town of Cala Ratjada is only 5 km away and boasts an attractive beach promenade and beautiful, unspoilt beaches, while the colourful weekly market of Capdepera is only approx. 3 km away. Active travellers can take part in a surfing course, hire a boat or explore the underwater world by diving.
