Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay. The port of Addaia is a quiet residential area that has been established along a natural harbour and has all the necessary services for your holidays: restaurants, supermarket, public transport, etc.
Very close to the beach of Arenal d`en Castell, one of the biggest beaches of the island with a circular shape, where you can also find a lot of entertainment and services. Please note that the owners have a small wooden cottage located in a separate, private section of the garden and may stay there for a few days during your visit. To ensure your peace of mind and comfort: Exclusive Use: The entire main villa, the private swimming pool, the BBQ area, and all main terraces are for your exclusive use only.
The owners will not use these facilities while guests are present. Privacy: The owners` area is tucked away in a specific part of the garden which is not accessible to guests, ensuring both parties have their own private space. Assistance: Having the owners nearby can be a great advantage if you need any local recommendations :)) Please make yourself at home and treat the house as if it’s your own. Respect the nature, do not throw trash into gardens or nature. No Smoking inside the house. Parties or Events are not allowed Pets are not allowed. Respect the Check-in and Check-out times.
Earlier Checkin or later Checkout only possible with explicit permission. One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay. Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests A damage deposit of €900 is required.
This deposit will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected. All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.
This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host.
Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties. Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin. Accommodation in a country house does not exempt guests from complying with this rule. To find out where the bin is located, guests can consult their villa manager.
