The 104 m² house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find the cozy living/dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. There's also a utility room with a washing machine and a guest toilet.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, spacious wardrobes, and fans. A large, modern shower room is also located on this level. The spacious, wraparound balcony, accessible from both bedrooms, offers stunning views of the nature reserve and the mountains.

The highlight of the holiday home is the 28 m² private pool, perfect for swimming. The large, sunny terrace surrounding the pool is furnished with a dining table, plenty of chairs, and four sun loungers. Start your day with a leisurely breakfast outdoors.

Parking is available directly in front of the house for smaller cars. Alternatively, you can easily park in the spacious turning area at the entrance to the private road.
