On the ground floor there is a living/dining room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, which opens directly onto the patio through large windows, giving you the opportunity to expand or reduce the space as you wish.

The kitchen is independent and has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.

There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house.

Vilafranca de Bonany is a small village where the charm is palpable with just those little shops selling fruit and vegetables grown by the local people, and the typical Mallorcan bars and restaurants.

Manacor, on the other hand, is nearby and has much more commercial and other activity.

The house is situated only 500 m walking distance from the centre of the village and about 15 minutes (10 km) by car from Manacor, the birthplace of tennis player Rafa Nadal and as proof of this, the Nadal Museum Experience will offer you a unique experience where you will enjoy an exclusive exhibition of his best trophies and equipment as well as amazing light and sound shows.

If you want to visit the beaches, the nearest one is Porto Cristo, about 30 minutes by car.
