With 667 m² of living space and capacity for 12 people, this property is perfect for large groups, families or those seeking to relax surrounded by nature without compromising comfort. Comfort and privacy for everyone Each of the 6 rooms has a complete private bathroom: A master suite with a hydromassage shower. Another room with a traditional bathtub for moments of relaxation. The others have modern and spacious showers. Fully equipped kitchen The villa offers a spacious kitchen with everything necessary to prepare everything from simple breakfasts to gourmet dinners: modern appliances, complete utensils and sufficient space to cook in a group. Wellness and exercise area For those who wish to stay active, we have a sports area with some weights and functional equipment, ideal for light workouts. Dream exterior Enjoy the Mallorcan sun in the private outdoor swimming pool, which can be heated for 35 €/day if needed.
The barbecue area and terraces are perfect for sharing outdoor meals, reading, or simply disconnecting.
