Situated by the sea, it offers absolutely unique views of the Mediterranean and the Serra de Tramuntana, creating a magical atmosphere at any time of the year.
The rocky and pebbly beach is just 50 meters away, accessible via a private path, and the outdoor jacuzzi is the perfect spot to relax while admiring one of Mallorca's most beautiful landscapes.
The villa features two independent areas: Upper floor: two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living room, and an open-plan kitchen.
Lower floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort.

It is surrounded by cliffs, low scrub, and pine trees, with very clear waters.

Parking: 1 private space + option for permits in the area.
Cots and high chairs for babies are available (upon request). ⚠️ Rules - Out of respect for the few neighbors in the cove, parties are not allowed. - Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
If you wish to smoke, you can do so outdoors and please ensure no cigarette butts are left on the ground. - Please maintain order and cleanliness at all times. - You will be responsible for the garbage generated during your stay.
Please separate your waste into the corresponding bins and place it in the designated area. - Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly.
Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not needed.
Also, ensure windows and doors are closed so that cold or hot air does not escape. - Parties or events are not permitted in the house.
