Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in this beautiful villa for 6 people with a private pool, on the outskirts of Lloseta.
Outdoors, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private chlorine pool, measuring 8 x 3 m with a depth of 0.6 to 1.8 m.
It is accompanied by 3 sun loungers for sunbathing, and you can also relax on one of the two Balinese beds.
A few steps down from the pool lead to the porch, ideal for meals, an outdoor barbecue, or enjoying a drink in the armchairs at sunset.
There is also a equipped terrace in another corner of the house.
The fenced plot offers approximately 4000 m2 of land.
The house has 2 floors.
On the upper floor, you will find the living room with air conditioning and satellite TV, located next to the kitchen with a ceramic hob, connected via a marble peninsula.
From here, a couple of steps lead to the dining room, also with air conditioning and access to the pool.
The 3 bedrooms in the house, all with air conditioning and three with wardrobes, are located on the ground floor.
Three of them have double beds, and the fourth has two single beds.
One of the double bedrooms has a window with a view only into the house but offers access to the terrace.
Additionally, two of the bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with showers.
There are two more bathrooms with showers in the house, one on each floor. 1 crib and 1 high chair are available.
There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
This finca is located on the outskirts of the town of Lloseta, where you can breathe in the tranquility and atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village.
It offers necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
However, Inca is only a 5-minute drive away, offering many more services and its traditional Thursday market.
The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, 32 km away.
The tourist tax must be paid upon arrival (€2 per person per night).
