The entrance door with beautiful Mallorcan style, leads to the living room - dining room with comfortable and classic furniture, with satellite TV.
At the rear, we have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories for cooking as well as a broad ideal for storing buying storage.
In the night area, we have three comfortable bedrooms with twin beds, air conditioning and windows overlooking the terrace bordering the house. In addition to a bathroom with tub and sink.
Outdoors
The house is built on one floor, where the access we have a wide terrace with porch area that borders the property.
There is also an area devoted to parking inside the plot and garage - laundry room where we find the washing machine and dishwasher. It also has an outdoor bathroom consisting of shower and sink.
From there, you can also access the porch equipped with outdoor furniture, which invites us to have breakfast or dine outdoors at sunset.
Location & surroundings
This magnificent villa will surprise you with its unbeatable location as it is located a few meters from the sea. Only 80 meters separate it from one of the loveliest beaches in the north, the area of Playa de Muro, characterized by its fine sand and waves.
From the property, we can easily and in a short walk to get to many restaurants, supermarkets and other stores.
In addition, the Port of Alcudia is within walking distance, which can be covered with a walk by the sea or by bicycle.

Lage ist gut weil fast direkt am Meer.
Allerdings hört man die Hauptstraße in der Nähe. Ausblick auf Spielplatz gegenüber muss man hinnehmen , lautes Haus nach hinten kann stören. Achtung: ortsüblich gibt es viele Stechmücken.
Das Haus benötigt innen eine Kernsanierung. Da wurde seit 30 Jahren nichts angepasst. Unerträglich: alles nur Einzelbetten. Muffige Innenausstattung in Bad und Schlafzimmer. Wohnzimmer in gutem Zustand.
