This beautiful "Villa Voramar", as its Catalan name suggests, is located right next to the sea, in one of the most beautiful and luxurious areas of Mallorca and only 15 minutes away from Palma.
Just looking at the first pictures of the property you can appreciate the captivating view towards the Bay of Palma, if you are a sunset lover you can be sure that with these views you will be left breathless as you admire the sunset.
The highlight is the marvelous terrace that leads to the viewpoint, which is located directly next to the house.
On this terrace we have a swimming pool where you can cool off on the hottest days or you can relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers by the pool to warm up for a while.
You can also relax on the soft outdoor sofas, or prepare a delicious barbecue for your family, also available near the pool.
