The 130 m² holiday home is located in the small village of Randa, in the interior of Mallorca, about 32 km from the capital Palma. Here you can relax away from everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet. The detached house was built in 1880 and last renovated in 2000 and has two floors.
The property has three bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, 1.60 m x 2.00 m and 1.35 m x 1.90 m) and one with a single bed, as well as two bathrooms with shower or bathtub with shower attachment, hairdryer, washbasin and toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a large dining table for shared meals and a fireplace, as well as a gas cooker, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine and a microwave. The cosy living room is furnished with satellite TV, sofas and armchairs. In addition to the fireplace, there are also two air-conditioning units in the kitchen and the living room on the first floor, which can also be used for heating. You will also be able to use the washing machine, ironing facilities and internet access in the house.
Behind the house there is a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and an inflatable swimming pool (3 m x 3 m) surrounded by fruit trees and plants. The pool is only installed during the summer months. The house has a fenced garden of approximately 60 m², so pets cannot escape.
The nearest town is about 5 km away. There you will find shopping facilities and public transport. A restaurant and horse riding facilities are about 1 km away. The sea and a sandy beach, as well as nightlife and water sports facilities, are about 12 km away. The airport is about 25 km away.
Guests are required to send copies of their passports or ID, a few days before arrival, as the details have to be entered on the SES Hospederias police website, otherwise the booking may be cancelled.
