- CLEANING: Service on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (3 hours/day). Towels changed twice a week, bed linens changed once a week.

- GARDENER: Gardening service from Monday to Saturday, pool and jacuzzi cleaned once a week.


LOW SEASON (March 29 to May 16 & September 20 to November 30, 2024):


- CLEANING: Service on Tuesday and Thursday (3 hours/day). Towels and bed linens changed once a week.

- GARDENER: Gardening service from Monday to Saturday, pool and jacuzzi cleaned once a week.

- BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED. You can request our exclusive chef-prepared breakfast at an additional cost.

- Pets are not allowed

- Smoking is not permitted inside the property

- Events and commercial photoshoots/videos are not allowed

- Security deposit: €5,000 for possible damages. Refund via bank transfer within 8-14 days after check-out.

- Advance payment: 50% to book, 50% due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment via bank transfer or credit card (3% commission).

- Non-Refundable Policy: Full payment required if canceled at any time. If the canceled period is rebooked, the amount paid may be refunded, without any obligation for the owner.
