Villa Paz is a wonderful property located in a quiet area of Ibiza. The villa is surrounded by nature and overlooks a valley and the island of Es Vedrà. Villa Paz is the right choice for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. The sea is only 2 km away, restaurants and a supermarket are 1 km away, Ibiza is 10 minutes away by car. Recently renovated, Villa Paz is 220 m2, can accommodate up to 6 people and is divided as follows: on the ground floor there is a nice dining area that can accommodate 6 people; the modern kitchen with central island is well equipped and has an induction hob, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, freezer, dishwasher, etc. On this level there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The two bathrooms have a shower and both bedrooms have air conditioning; on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (and air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower fully equipped. This bedroom also has access to a private balcony. Outside Villa Paz has a large private swimming pool, surrounded by vegetation, sun beds where you can relax caressed by the rays of the sun and, from various areas where you can spend your free time, having lunch in the shade (there is in fact a bbq area with dining table) or lying on the sofas on the porch.
