With 180 m² and capacity for up to 6 people, the villa is distributed over three levels

On the upper floor: one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom.



On the ground floor: two bedrooms with twin beds (one also with en-suite bathroom), an additional bathroom, a spacious living room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.



In the basement: laundry area, an extra bathroom and a second living room with TV, perfect for relaxing or playing games.



Outside you will enjoy a private swimming pool, furnished terrace, barbecue and street parking right in front of the house.




About Alcúdia, Puerto de Alcúdia and Bonaire


Alcúdia is one of the most emblematic destinations in the north of Mallorca. Its historic walled centre, with cobbled streets, stone houses and vibrant local life, offers a perfect combination of history, culture and Mallorcan tradition. Every week there is a lively traditional market with local produce, crafts and gastronomy.



A few minutes away from the old town is Puerto de Alcudia, a modern and dynamic area with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars and water activities. Its long white sandy beach and shallow waters make it an ideal place for families and sea lovers.



In a quieter and more exclusive area is Bonaire, a small paradise surrounded by nature. This residential development stands out for its relaxed atmosphere, its sea views and its proximity to the beaches of Sant Joan and Sant Pere, two coves with crystalline waters that are not very crowded. It is also home to the picturesque Puerto Cocodrilo, a small marina ideal for strolling or enjoying a meal by the sea.

In order to respect the environment and to encourage a responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

- A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, to be paid at the end of the stay.

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outside area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

- In Mallorca, especially in rural areas or close to nature, the presence of insects such as mosquitoes, ants or wasps is common. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island.
