This wonderful finca offers a beautiful corner where yo can enjoy your deserved vacation.
It offers a great chlorine pool of 8 x 4 metres with a water depth that goes from 0.9 to 2 metres, together with 12 sun loungers to sunbathe or just relax.
The shade of the porch is perfect for a succulent barbecue and a delicious dessert while the little ones play some table tennis or at the playground by the pool.
The property is fenced and privacy is total since there are no neighbours around. The building comprises two floors offering the essencial common rooms twice because in the ground floor we find two living-dining rooms equipped with two sofas each one.
They are perfect to have a good time while reading a book or watching the satellite TV channels.
There also are two kitchens equipped both with a gas stove, dining table and all utensils you need to cook.
You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The main floor offers three bedrooms with a closet each.
One has a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each.
To complete the floor you will find a toilet and two bathrooms, one with a tub and independent shower and the other with just a tub.
On the upper level you will find the 3rd living area with TV-Sat and 3 more bedrooms, two of them with a closet.
All of them have two twin beds and one has a an en-suite bathroom with a tub.
A cot a high chair are also available.

The house offers gas central heating and all bedrooms have a fan.
The electricity comes from the solar panels that are on the property. Portocristo is a beautiful town with one of the most beautiful coves in the island, located about 2.7 km from the property.
Nevertheless, you will also find other dream-like coves nearby like Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia.
You cannot miss a visit to the Caves of Drach and the Caves of Hams.
