Overlooking the countryside, the large terrace is without a doubt an oasis of peace, ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
On it there is a large private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 4 x 5 m and a depth range of 1.3 to 2 m. All around it there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, as well as a furnished area where you can have fun while having lunch or a drink with your companions at the end of the day. Please note, due to its location within the village, there are direct neighbours and privacy is partial. The interior of the house, distributed on a single floor, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve.
The open-plan living room is equipped with a TV and is an ideal place to relax.
The dining room is open to the kitchen, which has an induction hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.
You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your use during your stay.
The house features 4 bedrooms: two with double beds and the other two with two single beds each, offering comfortable accommodation for the whole family.
One bathroom with bathtub and two bathrooms with shower, one of them outside, complete the property.
If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair. This accommodation is located in Costitx, an ideal destination for those looking for a quiet and rural environment in which to enjoy the natural beauty and local culture of the island of Mallorca.
Known for its dark and clear skies, the village is the perfect place for stargazing, either in a private setting or at the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca, located a short distance away.
We also encourage you to explore the historic centre with its simple and traditional architecture.
The surroundings of Costitx offer beautiful rural landscapes that are ideal for hiking through fields, forests and hills and enjoying nature and panoramic views.
In the village you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay, as well as several restaurants where you can try the delicious local gastronomy.
If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, the nearest beach is Muro, characterised by its soft, fine white sand and turquoise waters, which are also calm and shallow, making it the perfect place for families. Please note that the fireplace in the dining room is decorative and cannot be used. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.

Can Kalet in Costitx is een heel mooi, volledig uitgerust huis in een klein dorpje ver weg van alle drukte en maar op 30-45 min afstand van alle mooie dingen op het eiland Mallorca. Geweldig zwembad. Wij hebben genoten met onze 3 puberkinderen.
Just back from a great trip.

Lovely house in quiet location in the beautiful municipal of Costitx. The pool was an absolute winner and the house simple but super roomy.
Homerti as well as the owner were super helpful and were speedy with their communications. They assisted us with a few little things we needed help with and responded quickly.
Thank you for hosting us. We had such a great time. Thank you.
