The exteriors of this cozy farmhouse, surrounded by nature and native trees, invite you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate in a peaceful and authentic setting.
The chlorine pool, shared with just one neighbor, is perfect for cooling off during the summer months.
It measures 10m x 5m with a depth ranging from 1.70m to 1.80m and is secured for children’s safety.
You can also relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy a drink at the outdoor table while admiring the views.
Another table is located at the entrance, with two chairs where you can unwind and read a book while enjoying nature.
Behind the door, there is a small chapel available for your use whenever you wish.
Please note that there are neighbors, and privacy is partial. The interior of the property, with the typical style of a Mallorcan estate and stone walls, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve.
In your apartment, you’ll find a small living area and a kitchen equipped with gas stoves and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking.
When it’s time to rest, there’s one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and your companions can stay in another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Both bedrooms have fans.
The second bedroom has access to a terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views and tranquility while relaxing with a drink at the small table with two chairs.
This second bedroom can also be accessed independently via an external staircase.

Schöne alte Finca, sehr charmant, mit einem schönen Pool. Sie liegt etwas abseits, so dass man sehr viel Ruhe hat.
