This is the ideal accommodation for families who want to spend their holidays together but keep their privacy.
The exterior of the property is perfect to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, thanks to its large garden full of corners where you can sunbathe, cook on the barbecue or have a drink or a meal with your companions.
In addition, there are several furnished terraces where you can have breakfast admiring the sea views or enjoy unforgettable moments surrounded by your family and friends.
The star of the show will undoubtedly be the large above ground pool, 5 m in diameter and 1 m deep, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days.
Being located in the village, there are neighbours close to the house. The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you a well-deserved rest.
On the main floor you will find a living room equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, a dining room with access to the garden and a separate kitchen with gas hob. On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with fans.
Two of them have two single beds, while the other one has a double bed. Two independent bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, serve this floor.
Upstairs there is a living room with AC and TV, a kitchen with a gas cooker and three more bedrooms, all with fans.

From the nearby village of Colonia de Sant Jordi you can make an excursion to Cabrera and get to know this protected island inhabited exclusively by native species.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit großem Garten. Die Lage ist ideal, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und wir haben die nahegelegenen Restaurants sehr geschätzt.
