On the terrace you will find a 4x1'75m swimming pool with a variable depth between 1.45m and 1.65m. Next to it, there are sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, as well as a porch with a table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions while admiring the views of the imposing Tramuntana mountain range.
The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The interior of the two-storey house has been recently refurbished.
It is tastefully decorated, combining rustic elements with the most modern equipment, and designed to give you the rest you deserve.
The beautiful living room has AC and TV-sat and also has a dining area overlooking the terrace.
The induction cooker has everything you need to cook in total comfort.
There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house.
When it is time to sleep, there are 3 double bedrooms, all with AC and en-suite bathroom with shower.
One of them is on the ground floor, while the other two are accessed via a staircase.
If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair. This house is in a very quiet area of Andratx, close to many hiking and cycling trails.
You can explore the Tramuntana mountains, its charming villages such as Banyalbufar and Sóller, as well as climb the mountain of La Trapa or the Puig de So Na Vidala.
In the village of Andratx you find all services for an independent stay, a supermarket, bars, shops and a petrol station.
In a few minutes by car you reach Puerto de Andratx, a coastal village with a luxurious flair.
The next sandy beach is 14km away in Peguera and you can also visit the beaches of Sant Elm, Santa Ponsa and Cala Vinyes.

Ich konnte direkt vor meinem Fenster den Pool sehen, was meine Stimmung sofort hob. Die ruhige Umgebung garantierte erholsame Nächte. Die Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer sorgte dafür, dass wir auch an warmen Nächten gut schlafen konnten.

Würde ohne Zögern wieder buchen. Gefiel mir, wie nah wir an lokalen Geschäften und Stränden waren, zonder dat het te toeristisch werd. Das Beste? Die schönen Liegen am Pool , ideal nach einer Wanderung in den Tramuntana-Bergen!

Perfekte Mischung aus rustikalem Charme und modernem Komfort. Ich fand es super, dat elk slaapkamer zijn eigen bad had, zo viel het voorbereiden gemakkelijk. De weg naar Andratx voor benodigdheden duurde slechts enkele minuten. Dit is de moeite waard als je de lokale wandelpaden wilt verkennen.
