The property is fenced and has direct neighbours. The 2-storey house retains many details of the old mill construction, such as the stone walls and the vaulted ceilings.

On the ground floor you will find the dining room next to the kitchen that has a ceramic hob; a bedroom with a double bed and AC; and a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor you have the wonderful living room with AC and TV-sat; another 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds -one with AC- and one with a double bed and AC; and two more shower bathrooms.

We can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house is located in the town of Sineu, very central on the island.

The town offers the basic services for your stay and you cannot miss its weekly market that has been held for centuries on Wednesdays and its beautiful parish church.
