This is a great town house, located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, then becoming a family, quiet and close corner to make your dreams come true in the island.
The terrace is beautiful because it has been tastefully decorated and furnished.
The combination of the stone walls with the lively colours, the trees, the two sun loungers to enjoy a while under the sun, the built-in bench to enjoy a good reading and, the best of it all, the barbecue for the true professional chefs of meals alfresco.
You can cook and enjoy the delicious recipes under the cosy little porch. Inside, there is an inviting living room with a sofa, two armchairs and air-conditioning, which is the perfect corner to watch the satellite TV, read one of the books of the house, or simply rest.
The living area is open to the dining which is equipped with a table with chairs and leads, on the one hand, to the terrace and on the other to the kitchen.
This one offers a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and much more, so you can cook as if you were at home.
There is one bedroom to rest in the house, and it features a double bed, a wardrobe, a fan and space to prepare a cot if you are travelling with your baby.
Finally, there is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation. The house is about 200 metres from the centre of this lovely and fascinating city, so you can take a a wonderful walk through the charming streets full of all kinds of shops: fashion, food, shoes, bars, cafes and specially Mallorcan restaurants where you can try our best dishes.
The street market takes place on Thursday morning from 7 centuries ago.
If you feel like, you can enjoy the town night life where you will find some bars and pubs to have a drink.
In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is the paradisaical and extensive beach of Puerto de Alcudia, about 25 km away.
But there are many other beaches like Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or the ones near Palma in the opposite direction. You will find neighbours on the top independent floor. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. logement très bien équipé et confortable . Malheureusement les places de parkings disponible était rare donc stationnement difficile . Le matin des chiens du voisinage aboie de très bonne heure donc il était difficile de faire une grâce matinée dommage .

De locatie van dit appartement is uitstekend, Het centrum is slechts 10 minuten lopen, Er is een buurt supermarkt op de hoek van de straat waar je dagelijks vers brood kunt krijgen, De patio is fantastisch om buiten te ontbijten of om 's middags even buiten te zitten,
