On the terrace there is a 5mx3.5m saltwater swimming pool with a depth range between 0.7m and 1.4m and 6 sun loungers where you can relax in the sun.
The barbecue will be ideal to enjoy a meal with your companions in the outdoor dining area, but in addition, another terrace on the first floor will offer you incredible views.
The 140 m2 house is distributed in two floors.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with a fireplace and AC that will be ideal to extend your evenings, as well as a bedroom, also with AC and a double bed.
The kitchen, independent and gas, is prepared for you to cook in total comfort.
Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, serve this floor.
The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is another living room and two bedrooms with AC.
One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and portable radiators.
If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
