The house features one only floor, although you will find a solarium terrace on the top to bask in the sun on one of the 4 dun loungers. The house, preserving its traditional Mallorcan style, offers a wonderful living-dining room where you can sit and watch satellite TV, listen to some music and, of course, enjoy at the dining table the wonderful dishes you prepare in the kitchen, which is equipped with induction and all the appliances and utensils you need.

The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are two bathrooms with bathtub serving the entire flat, as well as 3 bedrooms for your moments of relaxation.
