This fabulous residential house offers a great private chlorine pool that sizes 7.5 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.9 to 2 metres, so you can spend a nice time swimming despite being in town.
You also have an exterior shower to wash off and then you can bask in the sun on the 3 sunloungers available.
You can also enjoy a succulent meal alfresco at the terrace or the porch. From the street level they access the main floor of the house.
Here you have a spacious, air-conditioned living room where you can watch satellite TV or listen to music.
Open to this space is the dining room, followed by the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, everything you need for cooking, a table with chairs and access to the outside.
Then there is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Down some stairs (next to the entrance), you have the second bathroom of the house, with shower, and two other air-conditioned rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Bij mijn eerste bezoek aan Palma koos ik dit pand vanwege de voorzieningen. Ik heb uren doorgebracht in dat prachtige privézwembad. De woonkamer maakte de avonden gezellig met satelliet-tv. Over het geheel genomen voldeed het aan mijn hoge verwachtingen qua kwaliteit en comfort tijdens mijn verblijf van vier nachten.

Ik nam wat tijd om te ontspannen bij het zwembad na een dag verkennen. Elke slaapkamer bood genoeg ruimte en comfort. Koken in de goed uitgeruste keuken was ook gemakkelijk. Alles voelde georganiseerd en netjes aan toen we terugkwamen van onze uitjes.

Ich habe hier wegen der Arbeit übernachtet und fand es praktisch. Das klimatisierte Wohnzimmer war ein Pluspunkt, wodurch die Ausfallzeiten nach den Meetings angenehmer waren.
