The spacious outdoor areas of this house are perfect for enjoying the lovely Mediterranean weather.
The chlorine pool measures 9 x 4.5 metres and has a depth ranging from 1.35 to 1.85 metres.
It is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols so you can relax and soak up the sun in comfort.
You can unwind on the sofas on the porch and enjoy a delicious barbecue in the outdoor dining area.
You may even feel like having a family table tennis competition.
The property is fully fenced and offers complete privacy. The interior of this single-storey house offers a comfortable and contemporary style.
The living room kitchen is equipped with TV-sat and AC. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob. In the laundry you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In the house there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Three of them have twin beds and one has a double bed. There are also 3 bathrooms, 2 of them are en suite with a shower and there's one with a bathtub for the rest of the house.
Finally, we can prepare a cot and a highchair for you if you are travelling with your baby. The house is located on an extensive plot in the countryside so tranquility and peace are guaranteed.
