So, after a long day at the beach and the pool, the private terrace of this apartment will be your haven where you can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the mountains and the sea. The apartment is located on the second floor, and there's no lift in the building.
Inside, the airy and cosy living-dining room allows to watch the TV after your meals all together.
The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all you need to cook.
There are two bedrooms with twin beds , AC and a closet each.
One of them also has an en-suite with a shower.
And there's another bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house.
A baby cot and a high-chair are available as well as a sofa bed in the living for the last guest.
The accommodation is also equipped with gas central heating. Canyamel is a beautiful residential area belonging to Capdepera, boasting one of the best beaches in the area and with all the needed services nearby like supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The golf course is also near, about 2.5 km away as well as the well-known caves of Artà and the beautiful Tower of Canyamel. The pool is available all year round from 8 am to 11 pm. From this time, you'll be allowed ti use it without disturbing the neighbourhood. The fire place in the living cannot be used. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.

De zonsondergangen vanaf het terras waren absoluut een hoogtepunt van onze avonden hier! Het maakte elke avond bijzonder terwijl we keken naar de bergen in de verte ook.Pooltoegang tot 23:00 uur betekende dat kinderen leuk konden zwemmen laat in de zomeravonden!

Kwam laat aan, maar alles was klaar en rustig bij mijn check-in ervaring. Winkels in de buurt waren handig terwijl ik alleen verbleef, makkelijk om snel snacks te halen wanneer nodig was. Ik waardeerde echt hoe eenvoudig je je kon verplaatsen in Canyamel.

Übertrifft meine Erwartungen bei diesem Preis! Ausreichend Platz für unsere Familie mit zwei Kindern. Die Lage am Canyamel Strand machte unsere Tage sehr entspannt. Jeder Morgen begonnen met ontbijten op de terras voordat we eruit gingen.
