The rural environment of this finca is perfect for those who love the countryside and its peace.
Beautiful fields surround the wonderful stone building and the private chlorine pool that sizes 7 x 4 metres and has water depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.7 metres.
You'll surely enjoy it after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers available.
Then, you can enjoy a delicious meal at the covered terrace and have a very nice evening while chatting on the sofa at the porch.
The property is not fenced. The house comprises two floors.
When you enter you find a beautiful living room with TV-sat and a DVD player, which is open to the dining area.
Next, there is the Majorcan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob.
Please, note that the wood oven and the fireplace cannot be used.
Then, there are two bedrooms, with twin beds, as well as a bathroom with a bath, that complete this floor.
Upstairs you have another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an independent shower.
The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
And you will find 4 fans, 2 electric radiators, a baby cot and a high-chair available. The finca is located about 6.6 km away from Porreres, an authentic Majorcan town where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.
In fact, the gastronomic and enology variety is great in the area.
You will also be very near the most beautiful beaches in the south like sa Ràpita, about 18.5 km away, ses Coveted or es Trenc. There is a hut by the house which is closed. Die Finca ist sehr geräumig. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Vor allem in der Küche vermisst man oft etwas - hier nicht.
Die Ausstattung ist besser als sie hier beschrieben ist, WLAN funktioniert gut.
Ein Traum ist die Umgebung und der Pol
