The exteriors of this beautiful property are wonderful as they have a great simplicity but lots of liveliness and beautiful mountain views.
A beautiful Mallorcan stone construction is the center of the estate, surrounded by beautiful corners of lawn and, in front of it, a great private salt pool, of 8.5 m x 4.5 m and with a depth of 0.6 to 1.7 m. It has an outdoor shower and toilet, as well as six sun loungers around it for sunbathing.
And for your evenings, the porch invites you to prepare some tasty barbecues.
The plot is fenced and the privacy is total. When you enter to the house, you find an impressive living room with satellite TV, open to the kitchen.
This is equipped with gas cooktop, a table with chairs also to eat here and air conditioning.
The laundry is an independent room and offers a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.
As for the rooms, all have air conditioning.
Right here, you have three of them with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds.
On the upper floor, there is the last one, equipped with a double bed, a dressing room and TV (no satellite). There is availability for 2 cots and 2 high chairs.
Finally, there are two bathrooms in the house, one downstairs with a shower and a separate hydromassage bathtub, and another one with a shower upstairs. Búger is a small and authentic village, located in the northern center of the island, ideal for those who want to know the customs of the places they visit and for those who love tranquility, nature and, at the same time, the beach as it is only 19 km away from Puerto de Alcúdia. As for services, in the village there is a grocery store and some good restaurants. The air conditioning only works from 8:00 pm to 5 am. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.

Super schöne Finca. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gut und auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Finca ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral in der Nähe zur Autobahn nach Alcudia. Das war uns im Vorfeld bewusst. Den Fahrzeugverkehr nimmt man aber nur leicht war. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die Orte Buger und Campanet. Hier findet man noch das mallorqinische Leben mit einfachen aber tollen Restaurants. Negativ war lediglich die fehlende 6. Liege am Pool.

What a wonderful, relaxing villa to stay in. Lots to do, wit great facilities. Nice peaceful location. Central so not too far from any part of the island. The owner was contactable when required. All in all a fabulous villa to stay in.
