The 244m2 2-storey house maintains its typical Majorcan rustic style, with hydraulic tiles, while including modern elements.
It counts with 5 bedrooms: 3 in the main house and 2 in the attached house, which has access from the porch.
One of the bedrooms in the main house has a double bed and 2 count with 2 individual beds (one with an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub).
The 2 bedrooms in the attached house count with a double bed and air conditioning (one of them is situated on the first floor and counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower).
On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available.
There is one bathroom for general use, with a shower, on the first floor.
The cozy living room counts with 3 sofas, air conditioning and satellite TV.
There is a secondary living room with 2 sofas.
The dining room is equipped with a large dining table and enough chairs.
The independent dining kitchen works with a hob and counts with a fire place, a dish washer and all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal.

In Can Picafort itself, you will find all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions, as well as in Port d'Alcúdia or Pollença.

Highly recommended. Great house for a family trip or group of close friends. Short drive to the beach and plenty of outdoor space around the pool to relax. Recommend you have a car as the town is very small and can be seen in a day, but lovely towns to visit close by.
