This fantastic house features a wonderful exterior area with spectacular views to the mountains.
You will enjoy the great chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres.
The 6 sunloungers around are perfect to bask in the sun.
The furnished terrace and porch invite to enjoy the best appetisers and meals alfresco, specially in the BBQ area.
The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours. The accommodation is simple and functional.
It has a great living-dining room, with AC and fireplace, where you can rest while watching the TV-sat or with a good reading.
The kitchen has an induction cooker.
The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
There are two bedrooms with twin beds, A/C and a closet each.
One of them also presents a pellet stove and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
There is another bathroom with a tub in the house.
Finally, a baby cot and a high-chair together with 3 fans and 3 radiators complete the accommodation. The house is about 1 km away from Inca, a charming small city in the centre of the island where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, etc.
In fact, the town centre, located only 2 km away, is where you will be able to to taste the traditional Majorcan cuisine in the so called "cellers", that is, traditional restaurants.
The street market takes place on Thursday morning since 7 centuries ago.
The nearest beach in Puerto de Alcudia is about 28 km away (a 20 minutes drive more or less). Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 5 cars. Fab welcome from host. Outside facilities etc superb pool, sun beds new very peaceful setting just outside of busy Inca House very clean & homely Superb kitchen with absolutely everything we needed Would recommend
