The flat has two bedrooms: one with a standard double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and the other with two single beds, both with wardrobe and fan for your comfort. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with TV and WiFi, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or excursions.



Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on its large private terrace of 20 m², equipped with two sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing or dining outdoors. The independent kitchen has a gas cooker, filter coffee maker, toaster, full kitchenware and everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes.



The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and hairdryer, and there is also a washing machine for longer stays. A cot and high chair are available on request, making this flat an excellent choice for families with young children.



At just a 10-minute drive you can reach Can Picafort, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. You will also be close to activities such as horse riding at Rancho Grande or cultural visits to the charming old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença.



Playa de Muro, known for its family atmosphere, crystal clear waters and golden sand, is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sea. Parking is free on the street (not private).

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.



As required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. We will send you a link before arrival to register.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half (during high season).



The deposit will be held by credit card and the client will have to provide his details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
