The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a standard double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and another with two single beds, both equipped with wardrobes and fans for your comfort.
The living room is spacious and bright, furnished with a television and WiFi, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring.
Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on its large private terrace of 20 m², equipped with two sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing or dining outdoors.
The separate kitchen includes a gas stove, filter coffee maker, toaster, full cookware, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
The full bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and hairdryer, and a washing machine is also available for longer stays.
A crib and high chair are available upon request, making this apartment an excellent choice for families with young children.
In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach Can Picafort, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops.
You'll also be close to activities such as horseback riding at Rancho Grande or cultural visits to the charming old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença.
Playa de Muro, known for its family-friendly atmosphere, crystal-clear waters, and golden sand, is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sea.
Parking is free on the street (not private).

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.
We will send you a link before your arrival for registration.
A tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, applies in the Balearic Islands and must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.20 per night per person during high season (May to October) and EUR 0.55 per night per person during low season (November to April).
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved (during high season).
The security deposit will be held via credit card, and guests will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
IMPORTANT Our office hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.
For emergencies, we are available 24 hours (calls only - option 2).
