The exterior of the finca is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. It has a private saltwater swimming pool (7.5 m x 3.5 m), surrounded by 8 comfortable sunbeds, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.



It also has a children's area for the little ones and a ping pong area for everyone's entertainment. The barbecue area with a table for 8 people allows you to enjoy outdoor meals in a natural environment. In the upper area, a chill out area overlooking the pool offers the perfect place to unwind at sunset.



The interior of the house is distributed on one floor, which makes it practical and accessible. The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, equipped with air conditioning, fireplace and satellite TV, and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen to cover all your culinary needs. The finca has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with quality mattresses that guarantee a restful holiday: 3 bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds of 90 cm. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite inside a room with double bed.



Situated in a rural and quiet area of Muro, this finca is only a few minutes' drive away from Can Picafort, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Mallorca. There you can enjoy its white sandy beach and crystal clear waters, as well as a wide range of restaurants, shops and activities by the sea.
