Hallo,
die Fußbodenheizung war meistens aus oder lief mitten in der Nacht, das man sich fast die Füße verbrannte.
Durch die Klimaanlage hatte man nur trockene Luft, war aber dann zum heizen erforderlich.
Ein unangenehmer Geruch lag auch in der Luft ( Feuchtigkeit / Schimmel)
