Das Haus und die Lage ist wunderschön.
Ich habe die Vermieterin nie kennengelernt und warte bis heute auf die Rückzahlung meiner Kaution. In den Reisebuchung steht Kaution vor Ort zu zahlen!!!! Einen Tag vor Anreise wurde ich aufgefordert, das Geld zu überweisen. Ich habe es per Banküberweisung getätigt, was aber nach Mallorca sehr lange...

What a fantastic villa, pool and setting.
It’s tucked away and very peaceful, 30 minutes from Palma airport and the coast. Hire car is essential.
Accommodation excellent, quick response from owner.
Couple of things to remember- the electric and eco tax is separate and we found there were no outside bins for rubbish which was a bit awkward
