Resort "Ferrera Park", 4 storeys. 6 houses in the resort. 80 apartments in the residence. 700 m from the centre of Cala d'Or, 75 km from the centre of Palma, on a slope, at the seaside.
For shared use: property with lawn, swimming pool kidney-shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower.

At der var en pool og en vaskemaskine og et køkken. Værten var nem at komme i kontakt med, og venlig og hjælpsom.
Dejligt at der blev skiftet håndklæder undervejs.
Lejligheden kunne godt være mere ren, og der manglede basics, som toiletpapir, klude og sæbe, samt salt og pepper. Det hele skulle købes ind.
Vi savnede wifi, og det var svært at finde parkering til sin lejebil ude på gaden. Vi savnede at der hørte parkering med til lejemålet.

La vista mare e la piscina, bellissima veduta sul mare a strapiombo. Comodità al paesino (ristoranti e negozi) e alla spiaggia (molto bella).
Gli scarafaggi e le formiche che hanno infestato l'appartamento. La pochissima insonorizzazione degli appartamenti (si sentiva tutto di tutti i piani). Le zanzare (non ci sono zanzariere). Lo scarico del water che perdeva tutto il giorno e tutta la notte. Le scale scomodissime (a chiocciola) con le valigie e la spesa. Materassi da buttare.

Le canapé-lit n'est pas confortable, un seul ventilateur pour tout l'appartement, la douche fuit et l'attache pour le pommeau de douche est cassé.
