It consists of living room with kitchen with breakfast bar, all in one space, living room with sofas, Smart TV, wifi, the kitchen consists of ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and kitchenware. 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds, both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower (with hairdryer) Air conditioning in the living room, bedrooms with fans. Separate laundry room with washing machine. Capacity for 4 people.

No parties or events of any kind are allowed.


Escape Home reserves the right to request a compulsory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.

Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

In the event that this tax is not included in the price of the booking, it must be paid before arrival by card.
