Flat in a small complex situated in Arenal Den Castell in the north of the island with communal pool. The flat Aire Mari is located on the top floor with a small terrace with sea view with table and chairs. It consists of living room with kitchen with breakfast bar, all in one space, living room with sofas, Smart TV, wifi, the kitchen consists of ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and kitchenware. 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds, both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower (with hairdryer) Air conditioning in the living room, bedrooms with fans. Separate laundry room with washing machine. Capacity for 4 people.



The rules of the house do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.



The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax on sustainable tourism for all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
