Villa in Addaia – Exclusivity, sea, and relaxation
This villa in Port d'Addaia offers breathtaking sea views, a peaceful atmosphere, and all the comforts for an unforgettable stay. With a private pool, spacious terraces, and a garden, it is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
Recently renovated, the house features air conditioning in all rooms, a bright living room with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and three cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a small double bed, and a third with two single beds. It also has two modern bathrooms with showers.
Outside, the pool area is complemented by a patio with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, ideal for long meals by the sea. The house also has direct access to the pier, offering the possibility of mooring a boat.
To respect the environment, the villa is powered by renewable energy, and responsible consumption is encouraged, especially regarding water, a limited resource in Menorca.
A unique opportunity to experience the island in a space where comfort, nature, and the sea come together in perfect harmony.

"La casa está fenomenal, tal y cómo se muestra en las fotos. Pasamos una semana buenísima y la propietaria es muy atenta, tuvimos un problema con la fosa séptica y los solucionaron excelentemente y muy rápido. Sin duda recomendable tanto la propiedad como los propietarios.
La piscina viene genial!"
